How mediocre can DT get for the Bears? I think the Bears have to replace Tommie Harris somewhere and Paea isn't going to replace Harris now.

If Adams leaves and gets more money elsewhere, I'd be ecstatic if the Bears sign Brandon Mebane. He's like Anthony Adams only he's better against the run, can rush the passer better than Adams can, and he's 5 years younger than Adams.

It kills me that Tommie Harris isn't the Tommie Harris of his first couple season. Paea was a good draft pick, and I think we'll enjoy him. I think.
That being said, Mebane would be a great pickup. So would Gerard Warren.
