Not much news about the game yet...teaser trailer has been released...

looks like were heading back to San Andreas....

that's what I thought.


yeah... didn't like that one. part of the reason was because it was hard as fuck to control the car.. I would swerve everywhere and I wasn't even driving that fast hahaha.

I'm going to fire up GTA for a bit to celebrate. GTA 1 that is(I was a beta tester for GTA 1 before it came out! Gouranga!!!)

Yeah GTA IV was a bit of a let down from San Andreas. So much seemed to be left out from San Andreas which was a huge imprvement in San Andreas. GTA IV seemed like a downgrade in a way.

Agreed. Most overrated game of all time. Seems like the majority of people think that too, which makes it confusing that it got good reviews.

RockStar Confirms GTA V Locations Details - Xbox 360 News at IGN

Yesterday we saw the GTA V trailer - today we're getting some extra information. Take-Two has issued a statement on Grand Theft Auto V's location and status.

Announcing that the game is "in full development," the game's publisher confirmed that GTA V would take place in "the city of Los Santos and surrounding hills, countryside and beaches." The firm said the game is "the largest and most ambitious game Rockstar has yet created".

Los Santos is one of three cities located in GTA's fictional West Coast state of San Andreas, featured in 2004's Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Sam Houser, founder of Rockstar said, "Grand Theft Auto V is another radical reinvention of the Grand Theft Auto universe. We are incredibly excited to share our new vision with our fans."

The release continues, "A bold new direction in open-world freedom, storytelling, mission-based gameplay and online multiplayer, Grand Theft Auto V focuses on the pursuit of the almighty dollar in a re-imagined, present-day Southern California.

I think it is going to be just in L.A. because that is all you can really see, in San Andreas you can go to L.A., Area 51, Las Vegas, Desert (Arizone/Palmdale/Lancaster) and the beach, this looks like it is going to be just L.A. with the beach.


Hopefully I am wrong.

I hoe Niko Belic is a fucking bum in the new GTA, I couldn't stand that campaign.
The fact that you would lose things like friendship and shit because you did't go bowling with your fat ass cousin or have to go on a date with you GF that wouldn't give out... it just pissed me off.

A blurry photo has surfaced on Twitter this afternoon which the owner claims is a legit leak of the Grand Theft Auto V map.

Twitter user TorontoJack233, who currently remains unidentified, published the photo saying "I wonder what my boss would do if he found out? Good job I resign in 2 weeks. Nice to do something good before i go." The photo shows areas of Los Santos and Vinewood, two locations Rockstar confirmed are in the game this week in the announcement trailer and press release.

Rockstar officials have not responded to requests for comment at this time. We'll update this story should we hear back.

I honestly don't care for these games. They all seem the same and repetitive. The holding off the cops things why stowing away w/ cheat codes is my favorite thing to do though lol.
