Yeah, that seems to be the popular off-season rumor. Maybe it could be an option in a couple years?
I think the offseason has been clouded by Forte/acquiring Marshall....so Haugh hasn't had a chance to write his annual Tillman speculation article.
There were so many fans behind it on other boards...it made me shake my head on whether they've watched the Bears.
It think it's never going to happen with Lovie around. Although was it two years ago he finally acknowledged it's possible instead of shrugging off the reporters like every other year.
It is funny that they moved him from the left to the right side defensively so he would be more matched up with #2s and marked the need to get that #1 CB who Bowman was supposed to be... only to then start doing things they rarely did in the past which is move Tilman around onto the best player in particular matchups such as Calvin Johnson.
Clyde, did you listen to the latest BearReport radio?
Bears signed a couple guys, the Tackle sounds interesting.
OT Cory Brandon and cornerback Cornelius Brown. Cory is big, 6'7" 327lbs.
Bears sign OT Brandon, CB Brown - Chicago Bears Blog - ESPN Chicago
Brown was with the team a couple of years ago. Practice squad or something. I don't think he played in any regular season games but I'm pretty sure he played in the preseason.
Hmm, hopefully, the park district has finally figured this one out:

Bennett: "I feel that we are better than the Packers offensively. We have better weapons...And with Urlacher and Briggs better defense."
Bears signed RB Lorenzo Booker to a 1-year deal.
CHAMPIONSHIP
I have no idea why they need another RB. They have Bell, Unga, and Allen. There's plenty of competition for 3rd RB and practice squad. Whatever though.
http://www.rantsports.com/chicago-be...murder-charge/As training camp kicked off earlier this week, Chicago Bears wide receiver Devin Hester wanted to worry only about football and nothing else. But that wasn't the case, when the media asked about his cousin's murder charge.
About 3 weeks ago, Devin Hester's cousin Antoinne Robert Hester allegedly shot ans killed a man in Florida. Hester is on the run is now considered a fugitive. Devin shared his home to Antoinne 3 days before he shot the man he was driving with on the interstate, Florida officials say. The incident happened in the morning hours of July 4th.
Devin was trying to help his cousin and others out before the incident occurred. Devin opened up about the incident on Wednesday in an interview with the Chicago Tribune:
"It affects family members," Devin Hester said. "I always have my cousins come to help me, to work in the camp. It helps me and at the same time kind of puts a little money in their pockets. So, three days later, after he left, that incident happened. It is very shocking to me."
"It does take a toll on the family, but at the same time some of my family down there, I hate to say this, but that is just the life they live. And, you know, you try to be a role model with the situation I am in, playing football. But sometimes people are stuck in an environment where they can't get out. It's just the worst situation that he is in and a bad decision that he made."
As you would expect, the Cubs have questioned Devin and he has cooperated all the way.
"Word on the street was he was still up here with me when that incident happened," he said. "I told them my cousin, he was home, he left here Sunday (July 1). That was pretty much it. I love my family. I hate to see something like this."
Devin has said and continues to say, he does not know about the whereabouts of his cousin.
Finally, Antoinne has not been found guilty and may have not done it. But since he's running and not turning his self in, that doesn't help his case too much.
Let's hope this is not a distraction and hope for a big season from Devin! He has looked very good in camp and so far, he has looked the best.
