Sharks with a power play in OT. Oh snap.
edit: going to a shootout.
Sharks win the shootout. Niemi stops Kopitar for the win.
LA and San Jose with 94 points. LA Has the tie breaker with 1 extra ROW (34 vs 33) Phoenix with 93 points and 34 ROW.

Aliu scores his first NHL goal today.

sick pass by Havvy to Dan Boyle, sets up a date with the Blues. Kings play the idiots from Van City.
Well, while we have a few days of some serious downtime (and not that I'm trying to get you two back into a pissing contest), I think it's very important to note that while Stamkos is better this year than he was last year, his team was far worse this year than last year. As a top line center, to me, that's quite a knock against him.

HawkWriter got a job with the Tampa Bay Times
Steven Stamkos' 60th goal epitomizes camaraderie with Tampa Bay Lightning teammate Marty St. Louis - Tampa Bay Times
Stamkos' career took off in January 2009, when then-coach Rick Tocchet paired the rookie center with the right wing. St. Louis, 36, has said playing with Stamkos keeps him feeling young.
How appropriate, then, St. Louis got the primary assist as Stamkos, 22, became just the 20th NHL player to score 60 goals in a season.
"I couldn't have written a better script," Stamkos said. "Marty is a huge reason I've had the success I've had in the NHL."
Oilers win the draft lottery.
The Oil with another #1 pick.
Hilarious.
What were the odds of the Oilers winning? The Blue Jackets had the best chance, correct?
Jackets had like a 48% chance or whatever it was.
Nothing going their way. So, it's not a total shock but I didn't expect the Oilers to win it.
lol oilers 3 straight #1 picks
Oilers should trade that 1st for Cory Schneider.
Sedin out for tonight's game 1.
So can we say that he is actually injured yet? (Answer: he is and has been).

We covered that awhile ago.
So a post saying that Daniel won't be playing in game 1 of the playoffs isn't bringing anything to the table?
As for me writing articles...I've done them and will continue to when I have the time. You can write an article as well if you'd like...just go ahead and contact Rush. Is anyone else writing articles that aren't cookie cutter ESPN game recaps for the Hawks? Is anyone really writing articles at all?
Just worry about asking for pictures of other guys on this website, it is what you do best and it will all work out.
^^^ We covered Sedin's injury many times here. There was no question after the diagnosis was made that he was injured. I didn't know right away that he had a concussion after the hit. There is every reason to be skeptical about injuries until a team releases information about it. Once I found out, I hoped for his health and that if the Blackhawks met the Canucks in the playoffs that they could beat the Canucks fair and square.
now who cares about sedin? lets focus on the hawks. some fans think he faked injury some dont. skeptics can state that he will miss game 1 to insure that people believe he was hurt. doesnt matter we will never know. move on

Lidstrom announces presser for tomorrow, I'd guess he's through.
