All I can say is Im grateful that I havent spent any money going to games this year. This team is dead in the water. You can say what you want about the turnovers, bad coverage but one thing remains the same....they do NOT have NHL caliber goaltending on this team.

Of course you need to generate more than one goal a game (granted this one is not over yet)- otherwise a defense that gives up 2 goals ends up on the losing end -it isn't relevant if the opposing teams adds more on top of that -as the offense generated -was not going to provide a different result.
Something to think about...
That plus with only one real scoring line, imho, this team (the Hawks) should be an easy team to neutralize defensively...

The offense (GF) was at 8 before the game and probably 6 right now in the west. Im stating that the blues in general are scary as fuck. They arent 1 dimensional
im not gonna lie emery is still pretty bad. the goals may not have been all soft but saveable. the one he was wayyyyyyyyyy out of position. and as tbo said, one of these fucks have to make a step forward in order for us to succeed.

They're mostly one dimensional. They have a decent spread offensively, but not scary offensively.

they have great goaltending, good defense, skilled physical players/ avg offense. we are talking about the blues right? there is a reason why they have 97 points in the NHL.
