You're setting yourself up to have this thread bumped in the playoffs SP94. The regular season is too early to talk when 90% of the league yawns their way through the regular season.
But as far as 2013, you can define it as a success or failure by whether we make the postseason, and ultimately whether we win the World Series.

a damn liar...thread will be bumped regardless & i can almost guarantee it will be trollie doing it

WE READY!!!!!!!
This win was exciting to watch. But it means nothing if we meet the heat in the ecf again they will be playing like a championship team. Sure if the heat limp their way through the playoffs maybe they get upset. I doubt it but this game isn't going to garentee us a win in the ecf.
Who is this Trollie fella you speak of ?![]()

While this is true. This is a budding rivalry, you HAVE to be happy about beating the heat. Athletically they are the #1 team in the NBA. We beat them when Rose's production was 2 points, and we beat them when he sat out with John Lucas.
I see no problem with the excitement. If you don't get excited over big regular season game wins, why even play them/watch them?
idk about this year....im worried about rose and will he be back in tip top form for the playoffs....time is runnin down quickly....he was awful last night....i hate to say this but we were better off with him on the bench...hopefully things get straight
I've said it a few times -- I just think last year is taking its toll on Rose. Playing 40+ minutes every single night, playing in fifth gear through the entire playoffs, then having a completely messed up off-season finally took over. All the little injuries are taking him out for stretches (the turf toe, the groin and now the ankle).
This team has proven that they can win and be competitive without Rose. Hopefully, Rose can either get healthy or play through the pain and lead us to the Finals.
The word mentally retarded is offensive as there may be familys with mentally handicapped kin folk that read this forum.
Or mentally handicapped people themselves may also read.
Those unsensitive words are offensive and there could be a gang of bandits in wheelchairs right outside your door right now ready to roll over your ass.
I'm concerned about your safety.
Shame on you.
Your going to hell for making fun of retards.![]()

thats a good one.
I dont need to be a die hard NBA fan to realize that the only time is matters is the playoffs. Heads up records in the regular season are meaningless. The only thing you can get out of it is that the bulls can hang with the heat. I wouldnt puff that chest out over regular season heads up records. Il repeat, you dont have to be an NBA die hard....this is common sense with all sports. The end.
this does support the idea that the bulls can have some issues in the playoffs(because they only have one player that can consistently score on offense and create(3 point shooting hasnt been much of a problem..though the bulls could stand to add another threat...or have someone on the team add some 3 point shooting....considering the bulls are 18th or 19th in 3 point attempts...which would help spread the offense..but i digress)
the heat have 3...which is advantageous when the stakes are up in the playoffs(for different reasons)
though the counterpoint that alot of people skim over when comparing miami heat-bulls last year and now is that this bulls team is,imo, more well-rounded because they have a player at every position that nearly averages double digits..and on top of this they have a solid bench
actually that wasnt my main counterpoint..but a subpoint..my MAIN counterpoint is that the heat last year were not as good in the regular season as they were in the playoffs partly because that team was coming together...people assume you throw talent on the floor and it works like a well-oiled machine from day one(if you have a good PG and/or a good coach that may be true but the heat have neither..lebron doesnt really count)..
so the heat dropped a couple to the bulls partly because of that..by the time the playoffs came around..they had enough experience together to where the communication, sync, game plan was much more organized and figured out...and it showed
now, there isnt that excuse, nor is there the excuse of injuries(never been that excuse either)
i'm not arguing that miami cant or wont beat chicago in the playoffs...but i'm arguing that last year, while similar, has some key differences compared to this year
