Pacers Resilient in Defeat

Despite losing, Coach Frank Vogel is satisfied in his team's effort. "I'm not happy, but I am satisfied that this team won't quit now. Earlier in the season, this team would have mailed it in. We don't do that anymore."The Pacers fell to the 76ers 69-64, after trailing by 14 at the half. Pau Gasol had 29 points on the night. The Pacers head west for 3 games against Sacramento, Golden State, and the Lakers.

Pacers Fall to Kings, Warriors

The Pacers lost their first two games on a west coast swing by a combined 4 points. "It sucks. We had both teams on the rope. They came back and won. It's :turrible:." Frank Vogel said. "We're 5 games out of the playoffs now. We need to win every game we can, and losing by 4 points combined in two games sucks. We need to come out with energy, and power. Our talent is there. It's all about putting it together for four quarters. We haven't done that the last 3 times out. It's up to us to do that these last 42 games. It's the only we're going to accomplish our goal."

Pacers Sweep Lakers

After losing their last 3 games, the Pacers had something to prove. They proved that they can hang with the top teams in the association tonight as they smoked the Lakers 70-49 behind a 26-8 2nd quarter run. Pau Gasol and Steve Nash combined for 24 points on 10-12 shooting on the night. The Pacers head back home for a matchup with the Orlando Magic. It is unknown if Danny Granger will be available.

Howard's Double-Double Leads Magic

Pau Gasol earned the label of being soft in Los Angeles. Perhaps it may be earned in Indiana as well. He only scored 4 points and grabbed 6 boards while his counterpart Dwight Howard scored 14 and grabbed 15 boards. "We were too high off our last victory." "It sucks. We need to keep our focus. We're halfway home and we're 4 out of the playoffs. We need to win one game at a time to get back. Our goal is to win the title, and that goal gets accomplished one game at a time." Coach Frank Vogel said. The Pacers head out for 3 more road games starting tomorrow night in Philadelphia.

Gasol's OT Effort Saves Pacers From Defeat

Pau Gasol's 9 points in overtime lifted the Pacers to a big win in Philadelphia 72-67. Paul George led the Pacers in scoring with 20 points on the night. The Pacers continue their hunt for the playoffs in Boston. The Pacers are 3 games behind Detroit for the 8th seed.

Pacers Fall in Boston

The Indiana Pacers fell to the Boston Celtics last night 64-56. This is the last game the Pacers will be without star forward Danny Granger. The Pacers head on to Orlando for their third game on this roadtrip.

Granger's Return Not Enough

Danny Granger was maginificant in his return to the Pacers lineup, but his 23 points weren't enough to lift the Pacers to victory in Orlando Sunday night. "I'm glad to be back, but its sad that we still lost despite my effort. It feels empty man." The Pacers head back to Indiana for a matchup with the Boston Celtics.
