    Seriously? Rose >>>>>>>>>>>>> Rondo.

Rose's offensive potential and overall upside by far shadows Rondo fairly good defense. Without the Big 3, Rondo wouldn't be putting up all those huge assist numbers, and he has no offensive game. Just wait to Rose has Bosh and James to go to.

    Rose VS Rondo's 2nd Seasons

    PPG
    Rose 20.8
    Rondo 10.6
You could argue that Rose's scoring #s are higher because he's the #1 option when Rondo was the 4th.

    RPG
    Rose 3.8
    Rondo 4.2
You could argue that Rose was surrounded by more length and better rebounders.

    APG
    Rose 6
    Rondo 5.1
You could argue that Rondo wasnt used to the new additions on his team and that he didnt run the offense as much.

    SPG
    Rose .7
    Rondo 1.7

    BPG
    Rose .4
    Rondo .2

    FG%
    Rose .489
    Rondo .492
Rondo has the slight edge but im sure that Rondo didnt attempt as many jumpers as Rose per shot attempt. I dont know where to find those #s.

    FT%
    Rose .766
    Rondo .611

    TO
    Rose 2.76
    Rondo 1.91
You could argue that as the primary scorer and passer, Rose carries the burden of the offense and TOs tend to be higher.

All in all they both have their strong suits. They both had very different roles on very different teams in their 2nd year. I would say Rondo has had the benefit of good defensive coaching and surrounding talent and that being in the league twice as long helps. But we can all agree that Rose is just a naturally gifted scorer and is better in that department in all aspects.

Been told by whom exactly? My opinion is based on what i saw during the season and the playoffs. You call me a sheep on who just says what their told on one hand, but on the other u say i'm a contrarian just trying to get attention, even tho those are two completely opposite things. Seems to me your just trying to start shit just for the sake of starting shit. Who's really trying to get attention here?

That being said already been drawn way too far into this argument your reciprocating, so don't expect a response to whatever it is you say next

Rose is doing better than Rondo did at his age

Rose also is quite a bit better at scoring and a better shooter and even at this stage. I also think Rose is a little faster and more athletic

however, Rondo definitely has the better overall skill set, being a better defender, better rebounder, and a better passer. His shooting and ability to score is still questionable but he can fill the stat sheet. Seems more of a pass first PG than Rose. I just think Rose is not a guy that will give you 10 APG rather 6 or 7 and drive to the basket and take more shots....i guess that's also because rose was pretty much the primary scorer on the bulls this season, while rondo worked his way to being a significant contributor due to having three future HOFers on his team.

Now who would I take? That's really tough..but Rose is still really young and may have more upside and potential..but Rondo is more complete at this point and just needs to work on his shooting and learning to become a #1 option because of the Big 3 continuing to get older and having diminishing production...I think I would take Rose slightly over because of his ability to be a consistent scorer and being younger and having a higher ceiling..but you really can't go wrong with either player imo

One one One, imo Rose would own Rondo.

Rose is just about an inch better then Rondo overall.
