Yep, was pretty easy for me. Your HDD is on the (assuming your console is laying flat) left side under a removable panel. Unscrew a blue screw and you can pull it out. It's laying in a tray held in by four screws. Just place the new HDD in the tray and screw in those four screws, slide it back in the PS3 and screw in the blue screw.Originally Posted by USCChiFan

Market analyst Michael Pachter is at it again:
“I think Microsoft’s got it right [with their console strategy], and I think Sony will keep plugging away because they have an integrated strategy across all of their consumer electronic products. Microsoft, they have a strategy to take over the world.
“Console will have to be multiple purpose devices, though. The Xbox 720, this is my prediction, is going to be your television as well [as your game console]. You’ll be able to tune into television through it.
“You wont need a ‘smart TV’ when you’ve got an Xbox 720, it will be your television and your internet. It’s going to be open architecture and I think it’s real trick will be that one Xbox will be able to display television to as many screens as you have in your possession.
“The next Xbox will be Windows for sure, and you’ll be able to open up multiple TV channels in different windows and you’ll use SmartGlass to shoot off different channels to how ever many screens you want. That is happening, that I’m certain of.
“I’m pretty confident that in the US Microsoft is going to partner with a cable TV provider, so I expect that the console will be priced like a smart phone. I expect you’ll be paying $99 for the console with a cable TV subscription.”

Finally after years of fans clamoring for them, MGS4 is finally getting trophies. MGS4 came out before trophies were mandatory, and before they even existed. Some games got trophy patches, like Uncharted and GTAIV, but MGS4 was not one of those game.
Good things comes to those to wait—or trophies, rather. MGS4 is finally getting PlayStation trophies via patch. The timeframe isn't clear, but it could be in August, when a budget re-release of the game hits in Japan.

Keywords seem to be "exclusive license".The settlement's most notable restriction is a five-year ban on any exclusive license between EA Sports and the NCAA, once their current pact expires in 2014. Why hasn't there been an Ecco the Dolphin this gen?
Well it was put on XBLA, Virtual Console, and Steam, and was included in that Ultimate Genesis Collection. But as to why the series isn't still alive, I don't know. A sequel to the Dreamcast/PS2 reboot was cancelled a long time ago and that's the last we've heard.
Cliffyb tweeted a while back "where's my Ecco the Dolphin reboot?" so maybe he'll want to tackle something like that.

I remember hearing about the game genie for ps3...here it is...so far only around 70 games work with it and only US versions as well
