Even though he's cheap, he's not worth the frustration that comes with seeing him show up around 5 times a year and phoning it in the other 75. He can go away.

Bickel is one of the few players who played to his paygrade last year... sadly true because he should be outplaying that deal. I would think the ability to make real money in this contract year could give him a boost and reason to play physical. I'd let him walk after that.
