You really can't complain about the fan vote guy. The fans wanted him to be there, so he's there.
What you can argue is why Wieters is there. He has lower almost everything than AJ does. I think Mauer being there is fine because his batting average is ridiculous.

sure Mauer is Mauer with the BA being high, but PURE catcher by position ishands down AJ. Mauer is glass, plays DH, and 1b.....AJ takes the bulk of the load out of those fucks and still is raking at the dish. these situations warrant a new rule change on the game counting

Kind of dumb that Freese got in mostly because of Chicago fans. And Chipper should have been in instead of him. Great player like that having a great year in his final year should be in the all star game.
