City, United, Chelsea are going to be the title contenders, I think.
Tottenham might be better than last year but Arsenal seem a little worse.
Liverpool is almost the same team that finished 9th last season.

Watched all of Manchester United's warmup games so far, and they better hope they win the Van Persie sweepstakes...they are LOUSY up front. (Granted, Rooney and Welbeck have been missing from their tour so far)


Vidic coming back is a huge upgrade for them from last year! Almost like getting a top 10 defender through transfer.

I followed the EPL a lot closer in the late 90s with Allen Shearer on Newcastle. They were my favorites back then playing the Red Sox to the Man U's Yankees at the time. I know the fell into hard times in the middle to late 00s, but really haven't followed them much at all. Really couldn't name anyone on the team anymore.

they have had a great turnaround...really surged the past 2 years

they also had the goal of the year last year
