Delgado has started 24 games in the majors. I don't see why people are listing him as a prospect.

1. Javier Baez
2. Jorge Soler
3. Albert Almora
4. Brett Jackson
5. Josh Vitters
6. Jeimer Candelario
7. Arismendy Alcantara
8. Matt Szczur
9. Daniel Vogelbach
10. Gioskar Amaya

Hopefully some of the pitchers they drafted this year materialize, because they need it.

Candelario and Alcantara over Szczur?

I'm not as high on Szczur as you all are. I hope he proves me wrong, but we will see. The other guys are much younger and more intriguing IMO.

I understand not being high on Szczur, but I think the hype on Alcanatra needs to be tempered. His ceiling with most scouts with the performance this season has moved from utility player to second division starter.

For me, putting him higher is actually more of an statement of the status of the system. It is getting better, but not where we all would like it to be, especially at the higher levels.

I don't get what Szczur has done to be ranked that low though. Besides an awfully slow start (and he now has good, not just respectable, season stats), the Baseball America Top 100 prospect has done nothing to be ranked behind guys like Alcantara who I never see as a starter.
