Back in the day, I used to read gambling articles written by Danny Sheridan (IIRC). He was big into betting on NFL preseason games, because the trends he found were much stronger than regular season games. It made no sense to me, because preseason games seem like total crapshoots, but the guy was very accurate with his predictions. Do you like to bet on preseason games?

I bet on all sports really, but football is the only pre-season one I bet because I know football the best. ( looking at last years record i posted you'd think otherwise) I got killed last year.

Free agency has really cramped my capping, but you are correct and i agree, Pre Season is a crap shoot. But it helps me in the regular season because you do recognize the depth of other teams. Which usually show ( I.E. Saints/ Cards). Cards are younger which showed in the running game, fresh legs etc...but the 'Aints have depth. So -3 was a no brainer.

I'm out there when i comes to betting, I look at the strengths an weakness of both teams, and coaching styles, then make my picks. Like i said free agency has really thrown the ATS curves out the window ( in my opinion).
