wow you're brother is lucky he had the opportunity to go study in London! I can't say I really know any players, but I already made my choice above with Arsenal, one of my good friends likes them and DP likes them :highfive: AND it slightly annoys Jntg :troll:

thats cool I cant say whether I like of dislike your choice. I wouls also like to add that I am pretty sure Liverpool is owned by the same group as the Red Sox, or am I wrong?

You are correct.

People always rag on me because I like Mancheater United but I chose them specifically because of Vidic. When I first got into soccer, I would just watch Serbia's matches and I saw their captain, nemanja vidic and wanted to know what team he played for...the rest is history....lol

1. whitesoxman77, it really doesn't annoy me.
2. EL ROCKSTEADY, Yep, both are owned by Fenway Sports Group, which is why I hate them. LeBron James is also a minority owner, which makes me hate them more.
3. tbo41fan, a little more respect for your choice now that I see it isn't just bandwagoning on a fucking dynasty.

Anyway, for me, I like City and Barca and Bayern and some Italian Soccer, but in reality, for me, it is MLS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Other Soccer Leagues. I have no real connection to any Euro team, so I went for Chicago, which is the only one I can really care about that much.

I like Barca and Arsenal (Henry played on both so when I started following them I really started to like other players in them to). Also Juventus because of David Trezeguet and then he left but one of my favorite young players, Eljero Elia, signed there. Of course the Fire. And now New York Red Bulls (Henry)

Hell no... Sounders are out of bounds for Fire fans... how they treated the fans and how they beat us in the USOC Championship Game last year... just no.

Portland. Section 8 and Timbers Army have an alliance.

The Timbers are likeable, and in last place in the opposite conference, so okay, GO PORTLAND :woot:

Ya, I have no love for any other MLS teams. Watching the fire lose to the Timbers last year... ya they can be in last place and stay there for all I care.

Don't know a lot about them. You should PM me or just reply here with some info, I find English football real fun and exciting so I would be up for anything

A League 2 team or a League Championship team would get significantly less media coverage here, rarely being on Fox Soccer Channel and stuff

No I understand that but I have an app on my iPhone that has been helping me follow a Mexican league team that I like so I figured it could do the same with a league 2 team

Don't know if anyone has seen, but we have now beaten ARSENAL (!!!!!), WIGAN, and we beat ASTON VILLA 3-1 tonight in the League Cup semi-final first leg.

All we have to do is lose by less than 2 goals and we will be the first fourth divsion club to ever reach a major cup final in Britain. Incredible

It will be one of the most incredible achievements in football history. For a 4th division side we had 23,000 in our ground tonight. Look around BBC sport website, nobody cam believe this is happening!
