My favorite teams
I worked with this woman that knew nothing about sports, and asked me who was playing in the superbowl so she could sound informed. I told her "The Senators and the Tigers". She asked me who was the favorite and why, I said Big Mac was the MVP, set an NFL record for touchdown deflections.
She then tried to schmooze her boss and have a conversation about football 2 minutes later.
Let's just say she didn't trust me again until she left the company. So now, every time someone clueless about sports asks me who is in a superbowl, I give them the same answer.

Make sure you tell them the difference between a two-point touchdown and a three-point touchdown, as well as whether it was fair or foul
