I took some pictures of the USWNT vs Germany game at Toyota Park. I really liked the park. The game ended in a 1-1 draw on a chilly night. 1st time the US had played with each other in a month, so the product wasn't the best, but they still tied the #2 team in the world. Rematch is on Tuesday night in Hartford, Connecticut.

I've become addicted to soccer games (live & in person). The crowds are so energetic and fun. Only downside last night was beer being $9.50.

Saw the goal scoring before I turned on the Fire, looked like it was going to be a high scoring match for a little while

Now you should start making it out for Fire games. Especially if you thought the crowd at the USA game was energetic...

I would go to more Fire games, but I'm out at Iowa State for school. The crowd on Saturday night wasn't as impressive as the crowd from the USWNT in Frisco in February.

I thought the US was going to roll after Wambach scored in the 2nd min, but I was wrong. Very wrong.

Toyota Park's beer pricing is astronomical. I actually pony up the extra couple bucks for the premium beer, because I'd rather pay $12 for a drinkable beer than $9.50 for a beer I don't even like.

The stadium is nice, but the area is awful (kinda like US Cellular). The highlight for me is the parking lot free-for-all after the game, where everyone drives 60 mph to get to one of the two exits. Its like a car stampede of drunk polish people.

 it seemed like they had the parking lot under control after the game. Maybe because it was the US team they actually directed traffic. Ya, the surrounding area definitely isn't the best.
