****NEED JERSEY HELP ASAP***

I ordered my youngest son an Urlacher jersey and we just received it and it is the "Stamped" type, not the stitched name and number if that makes sense. Where is the best place to get jerseys that have the name and number stitched on instead of the like plastic type number that wears out fairly quickly? Or is there a certain name for them?

Thank you in advance, I have to order it today!

What you have is a screen print, call an embroidery company, they'll fix you up! Good luck!

Just for future ordering reference, the screen printed ones are called "replicas" and the ones with the stitched names, numbers etc are called "authentic". The authentic ones are also made out of heavier material. There is another type in the middle called "premier", which is better than a replica but not as nice as the authentic ones. I don't own any of those though, so I am not sure what the difference is. I think those have stitched numbers, but the rest is screen printed (but you might want to verify that).

The NFL shop breaks down what the different naming conventions are for jerseys somewhere. I believe nvanprooyen is correct on his description of "premier".

It looks like the naming convention has changed with Nike for the different levels. So if you are ordering one of those, this is what those levels are called:

My guess is he ordered 'em from Jerseys2012.com -- based on the price he gave. Those are super cheap, even with $20 shipping. Hope it works out for him. I struggle trusting places like that.

I ordered a jersey from jerseys101.com for 30 bucks a few years ago and you couldn't tell if it was fake or not. Not sure if they are still selling them or not though.

I ordered them from jerseys2012.com. I trusted them since it was an add on this website. I will post on here when I receive them and give my feedback. Hopefully they are what I was looking for.
