I protest this sim on the grounds that even if they had an option they would patently refuse to be sent to the minors and be available on waivers anyway, but I'll go ahead and claim Breslow and Andres Torres anyway

I assumed in this sim it's the same as with real life. The league that the player was in gets precedence from worst record to best record. Then the other league gets to go if the primary league failed to file a claim. Not sure how it works on PS3 and I'm sure Icehog will tell us. Waldo's players were from Baltimore so AL teams get to go first. If your team sucked worse than my Rays or Roobs' A's then I think you get to claim first.
