Playstation Plus price not changing, video services don't require Plus/
Just extra clarification. PS+ isn't needed if you want to use your PS4 to watch Netflix. It'll still be $50 per year, or $5 per month.
Also, as of right now, you won't need PS+ to play online multiplayer in free-to-play games. That'll be up to publishers to make that required.

Good luck with the pre-orders. I'm tempted, but I'll wait. Even with the Xbone fiasco, I think Sony is going to trip-up somehow, but the future revisions of the PS4 will quickly address the hiccups.

Gamestop still has plenty of bundles available for pre-order for anybody still wanting one. Billing doesn't occur until the shipment is processed.

An just a side note, if you pre-order the console on Amazon, you won't be charged until it ships. So you might as well pre-order it now and assure yourself of a launch console and just save up for the day it ships.
