Do you guys remember this video?

This story comes via Dan Bernstein who is the afternoon host at 670 The Score.

Luke was a kid that survived cancer and is friends with Reds UTL INF Jack Hannahan. When Luke was going through the cancer Hannahan reached out and became friends with Luke and connected Luke with Tom Ricketts.

Ricketts and Luke became friends, and Ricketts made this video that was not for PR and was only released by Luke's family. Ricketts told Luke "if you need anything, let me know."

Luke beat his most recent form of cancer and was talking to Hannahan. Hannahan had no job and no interest from MLB teams.

Luke decided to email Ricketts and ask if they could give Hannahan a job.

Ricketts made an offer and a bidding war started. Hannahan ended up signing with the Reds and getting an endorsement from a sports clothing company. Hannahan stipulated that whatever he gets, Luke gets.

Good job everyone.
