All healthy? There are some big stars injured right now. But from the healthy players right now I would go in something like this:

PG: Chris Paul
SG: Kobe Bryant
SF: Kevin Durant
PF: Lebron James

What Rami said would be more than likely the ideal 1-team all-star of healthy players. You could swap Rose for CP3.

However, I'm disappointed in fisch's list. It doesn't have Janero Pargo or Devin Brown.
