If they already knew Eldridge had no shot to make the team, might as well try out someone else

He is here for depth.........that is all I am going to say about that.

I had major wood for drafting Pope.....but in his eight year NFL career he hasn't been able to get his act together and stick with a team in any meaningful role....

Set the bar low....for expectations here. (Yah know...he's 12 feet tall don't yah..?!)

The dude is 6'7" and at 250+ he ran a 4.62! Pretty darn impressive. We must have the tallest targets in the NFL now. Pretty cool. He will be our #3 and possible #2 by year's end. Phil likes his dudes big :marshmallow::marshmallow::marshmallow::marshmallow::marshmallow::marshmallow::marshmallow::marshmallow:

I'm ashamed to say I was one of those fans.

Somewhere Harvey Unga is smiling....

I had Brody Eldridge pegged as our #1 FB.

We still have Fiammetta or whatever as our FB, too.

Now the plot thickens......if we carry a FB...we got Kyle Adams and Harvey Unga in the mix competing with Flamatta........(Yeah I had Brody as a FB sleeper)....everybody here can block (See this vid from yesterday Unga is #45.....Flamatta is #43)

Note: both Armando Allen #25 and Michael Ford #32 are NOT in the mix for FB!!!!!!

Nice throw down at the end of the vid by Flammetta...

Leonard Pope should be a good signing. I remember when I wanted the Bears to draft him in 2006.
