Bears vs Redskins Notes
o) The Bears have lost their last 4 games against the Redskins, not winning since a 2003 matchup they won 27-24.

o) The Bears last faced the Redskins at Soldier Field in 2010. After a scoreless first, the Bears got a quick score on a interception return by DJ Moore. Redskins QB Donovan McNabb drove right down the field to tie the game. Late in the 2nd, Cutler and the Bears drove the field to take the lead at 14-10 on a Johnny Knox touchdown reception. The second half would be ugly for the Bears. They started with the ball in the 3rd and their drives for the rest of the game were: Lost fumble-Interception-Interception (returned for what was game winning TD) -lost fumble-interception-punt-interception. Both teams offenses played terrible in this game, but Cutler was a magnet for throwing interceptions. All his interceptions were thrown to DeAngelo Hall as Cutler constantly challenged him. Cutler himself had 5 turnovers in this game and Matt Forte had another fumble lost. The Bears 6 turnovers were too much to overcome.

o) The Bears last went to Washington in 2007. Starting QB Rex Grossman was injured in the first half and Brian Griese sucked as the Bears lost 24-16. The Redskins were led by future Bears backup QB Todd Collins. This would be the last season in which Todd Collins knew how to throw a football.

Bears I think will win. Skins defense is very weak and I think the Bears passing attack should get us an early lead and the run game should keep/extend that lead. But I think the Skins can keep this game close. The Bears weakness is the defense and more specifically the center of the defense. If Alfred Morris can have a strong showing, I think that will help RG3 in the passing game and with the read option. Not comfortable with this game, I wasn't comfortable with the Giants game. If Bostic and whoever we are rolling out at DT can do a solid job of shoring up the middle I think things will be easier for the Bears. I see this turning into another high scoring game with a few turnovers making the difference. A 30-24 score is pretty realistic and I can see the defense getting 2 turnovers to secure the game.

I think we lose this game. Defense is too banged up. Washington will go for close to 200 on the ground and I still don't trust our offense to score enough points without defensive turnovers.

Bears win a game that goes down to the wire with RG2 throwing a pick on a potential game winning drive. Bears defense won't do well at stopping the run or pass all night, but gets a fumble and 2 picks to keep scoring down. Bears get 1 TD either from ST or with a big return to set up the offense.

I am a perfect 6-0 predicting Bears games this year so far, but this game is a 50/50 game. Could see it either way.

But given RG3's struggles and Cutler's improvement as of late .. I'll go with the Bears 34-27

Plus, I'd rather have a mobile QB than a pocket passer given our struggle with a pass rush.

J.Cutler 25-35 2td 1int 302yds.
M.Forte 74yds. on 19carries 1td, 4rec 42yds. 1td
B.Marshall 7rec 105yds.
A.Jeffery 4rec 70yds 1td

I think they Bears could lose this one (closely), mainly due to defensive injuries and all. I think they will probably give up more than 400yds of offense. Bears 30 Redskins 31.

Dude(s), I dreamt last night that I could not watch the game for what ever reason amd we lost 63-3. It was one of those dreams that when you wake up it feels like it really happened. Took a while to shake that off.
