I'm making Soba noodles with stir fry of chicken, shitake mushrooms, beet green stems and seaweed. Boneless skinless chicken thighs have been marinating in soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce and sriracha overnight.
To connect this dish with a detroit theme, I will be sitting on the floor, eating it off of a paper plate with a plastic fork.
