What you cooking?

I'm making Soba noodles with stir fry of chicken, shitake mushrooms, beet green stems and seaweed. Boneless skinless chicken thighs have been marinating in soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce and sriracha overnight.

To connect this dish with a detroit theme, I will be sitting on the floor, eating it off of a paper plate with a plastic fork.

That dip sounds good and sausage always is. Never been a big fan of cold pasta. In fact, that dip might be good on the sausage.

I'm just doing sloppy joes and potato wedges this week.

- 8 oz softened cream cheese(just leave it on counter for 1/2 hour prior to using)
- 3 or 4 jalapeno's diced
- half cup of mayonnaise
- 4 ounces of cheddar cheese
- Onion power to taste, I like the shit so I use a couple teaspoons prolly

Mix the shit, and bake it @350 until a lil bubbly(15 mins?) Eat with Tostito's Scoops

Prolly be good for 2-4 people, more people than that, double the recipe, fucktard.

I haven't done it yet, but I think this would be excellent with crab meat, but I like crab meat with anything.
