Hossa in a Pens jersey just looks weird.

Just think...if Karlsson taped his skates the way Messier did...his achilles wouldn't have been severed

Agreed. He has never looked better then when in an Indian head stretching all the way back to his Winterhawks days. Clearly.

ETA: In the Indian head he wins.

You can say that about PITT too...they were pitiful last year vs PHI in the playoffs

Touche. Still as fans we know how good our D (team D) could be, and even taking into account the occasional bad game here and there I think it makes it more frustrating when we really have a bad night.

In the old days when our D was bad it as like, okay, we can't really expect more from these guys. Now it's just like, "Aww, come on <insert player here>, you know you're better than that!!!!!"

Trying to reunite the 2010 Olympic line?

Maybe if Shero was our GM he would have landed Rick Nash... lol

So, i'm looking at what they both were willing to give up and essentially it's was two young players and next years first. which should be late round.

Not knowing anything abut all the prospects from both teams. What would the equivalent to the hawks have been? And would you have done it for the rental, and if not, would you have done it if he did a reasonable sign and trade?

Also, I'd love someone to photoshop him in a penguins jersey on the face of a watch. It's going to be so strange seeing him in a different uniform.
