I think mine is busted. It gave us Rex Grossman in the second.

I ended up having my mock go this way, it just sort of fell out this way.
1- CJ Mosley, ILB, Bama
2-LaMarcus Joyner, S, florida state
3-Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, texas
4- Anthony Johnson, DT, LSU
5- DeAnthony Thomas, RB, oregon
6- James Gayle, DE, VaTech
6- Victor Hampton, CB, south carolina

I feel like getting Mosley would be huge, and allow us to slide Bostic to WLB where hes a much better fit. It would give us a good, very talented tandem at LB going forward. Afterward I thought Joyner would have been another good pick, very talented, and very versatile from what Ive seen and read on him. After those 2 I just grabbed the best available at each pick. I was intrigued by DeAnthony Thomas though, especially considering we are likely to cut Bush, and Forte has had injury issues in the past. I wouldve liked to have been able to grab a CB ib the 3rd, but the was ranked far below Jeffcoat on the rankings and I went for the best available after the 2nd. I dont know much about the picks from the third round on except the RB I know has some explosive big play ability.

So I ran a second one to see how it came out, and it was completely different this time around, and I think maybe I like this one better...
1- Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB oregon
2- Christian Jones, ILB, florida state
3- Tajh Boyd, QB, clemson
4- Dominique Easley, DT, florida
5- Hakeem Smith, S, louisville
6- Chris davis, CB, auburn
7- Kareem Martin, DE, UNC

In this mock, I was able to get more secondary help, and still grab an impact LB to team with Bostic. Plus I was ableto get a good young QB for Trestman to develop behind Jay. Some dline help as well.

I ran it twice as well, drafted different each time. This is fun, might run it a few more times in the next couple days!

14. Ra'Shede Hageman - DT - Minnesota

Disruptive 3 technique, lit up o-line's all season, good at pass rush, and run stopping.

51. Michael Sam - DE - Missouri

All American, tied Aldon Smith for sacks in a season at Missouri, great at getting to the passer.

82. Calvin Pryor - S - Louisville

Productuve in college and 6'2 which is good size for a safety.

113. Max Bullough - MLB - Michigan State

Had to sit out the bowl game, but was a 3 year starter and 4 year contributor for what became the best defense in the nation.

144. Dri Archer - RB/KR/SlotWR - Kent State

Could run the fastest 40 time at the combine, playmaker in space, explosive.

167. Stanley Jean-Baptiste - CB - Nebraska

Homer pick here, I go to Nebraska, but he is a tall CB (6'3") and runs well, has only played CB full time for 2 years, developmental.

175. Chaz Sutton - DE - South Carolina

Recognized the name, why not?

Second time around it went a little different, and a little the same.

14. Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix - Safety - Alabama

All everything safety, clear number 1 safety on the board, would automatically upgrade a position of weakness.

51. Kony Ealy - DE - Missouri

He drops to pick 51, we better take him, 'nuff said.

82. Chris Borland - MLB - Wisconsin

Another long time contributor, smart linebacker, athletic, could be a steal...

113. Bryan Stork - C - Florida State

Drafting a o-lineman at the one weak position on our line is probably smart, unless it is addressed in FA.

144. Stanley Jean-Baptiste

Reasons are above ^^

167. Bruce Gaston - DT - Purdue

Decent DT who can play in rotation, good run stopper, decent pass rush, not super dynamic but a good guy to have in rotation.

175. Dri Archer - RB/KR/SlotWR - Kent State

Reasons above ^^

Not tall enough? At 6' 3-4"? Frailty I can understand, but height?

Yup the reports are he's not literally that tall just listed as that. The talk is he's probably closer to 6-1. Not my words or reasons just the chatter around the web. He's still the best pure passer in the game right now so I'd take him #1 overall based on that.

Apparently Bridgewater falling to 14 isn't as far fetched as it was at the beginning of the season. Some scouts think he's not tall enough or big and strong enough. They worry about him being to frail for the NFL level. Never mind he's the most complete passer in the draft, they're starting to nitpick the little things.

For the Bears I think the conversation begins and ends with Trent Murphy because he's a base 4-3 end with the versatility to play linebacker. He's an Arizona boy that I've been high on from the get go since I'm originally from there.

This isn't really a stupid comment, but I still disliked it for no other reason than the fact that you'e Bearsfan51.

I have no idea who these college players are but I also got
14 ILB C.J. MOSLEY
for my first one going by what I assume was best ranked available defense.
