2014 NBA Draft Database

Since we seem to be stuck in this interesting roster/record purgatory, I thought it'd be an opportunistic time to start looking forward to the 2014 NBA Draft, mainly the Bulls' first chance to collectively retool, reshape, rebuild, or however you want to coin it. I'm going to start compiling various mock drafts, player profiles and scouting videos of potential draft picks.

This will also be a nice spot for you to post your own "mock drafts" and expectations for the Bulls. Check here for updates! I'll try to keep everything essential to the first post.

Well...guess I should start looking up the late 1st round projections. Looking up the lottery guys was fun, but alas, back to reality.

Must just suck...can't even get off the bench in Minnesota. I know Pekovic and Love are in front of him but still. Then again...Shabazz can't get off the bench either.

Charlotte's #11
Sacramento's #13
Our own #15-18

That would be perfect.

Should we get #11-13 I'd want Glenn Robinson III or Rodney Hood. Both athletic scoring wings...fills a need. James Young is another good scorer that we could potentially use. With our last pick I'd look at Kyle Anderson. Definite playmaking ability which could be useful to give Rose some help.

nbadraft.net currently has us picking 16 and 17 and taking Noah Vonleh and TJ Warren. Vonleh could be a good player to pick up, especially if we traded Taj or amnestied Boozer in the hopes of getting Mirotic but failed to bring him over.

I've seen Zach Levine all over the place on mock drafts. I think he'll end up being out of our range, but I'd definitely pick him up if we ended up near the top 10 and he was still there.

Pretty sure I've unknowingly copied stuff that was said in some other thread awhile ago...lol

Updated with a few select mock drafts. I'll have an individual player link database started when I get home from work tonight. Make sure to rate five stars and subscribe to this one, gentlemen!

Also, feel free to post up your own mock mock drafts, and we can update them as we get closer to the draft and see who's the most accurate.

James Young.
At 6'6" 215 ish, would be a nice 2 for the Bulls. Kid has a fluid shot and can hit from anywhere, and has the ability to create his own shot.

Put me down for drafting him with either the Bulls or Charlotte picks.

Not just wrong but nobody even mentioned Snell.

Sucks for me that I really don´t see much of the NCCA over here. That draft mocks seems like fun ...
Well his name came up around draft time. But yeah he was a complete afterthought.

Someone actually predicted us taking Snell way before anyone was even talking about him  I forget who it was but they were way ahead of the game on that one.

I did but it was on the ESPN boards but unfortunately I have no evidence unless anyone remembers good ole Brochacoway's prediction.

I don't really like predicting draft picks this far out . As of this moment we are 21-20 but I have a feeling we may get 4 wins out of the next 24 games. This portion of our schedule is brutal. If the season ended today and with the new update on nbadraft.net, I would have to go with McDermott(15th) and Elfrid Payton/Deonte Burton/Nick Johnson (18th in that order of want).
