50-55 wins.

The team won 66 games last year and lost most of their best pitching.

There have not been any improvements made to the major league roster so not sure how again can think the team will be an improvement over that.

A bunch of us slurpers did

Shut up, you Theo apologist! The Cubs still didn't have a .500 record, even after dealing (at the time) their two most productive starters, the guy who hit leadoff for them for the first six weeks, and grabbing a few starters off the scrap heap... and they're still at least three years away from competing!

I was definitely wrong. Congrats to the correct guessers. Really everyone should have seen this. They had a bunch of rental players that were playing for their careers. Literally. I will not be shocked at all when next year's team infused with youth actually loses more than the 2014 team. Not that it is a bad thing. Next year is about getting the players used to the Bigs. 2016 is the year they must be at 85 win area.

Now your back after I had to do your job? :gary:

Been busy as shit, man. Lady got a promotion and I've been working mad hours. Finished a few projects around the house. Consider this my "Jordan in the 45" comeback.

I'm a dick to a lot of people but I want good baseball talk. I've never treated you different. But I agree, we can put it past us. No problem just don't take it personal. People can talk shot just leave personal things out.

I just seemed like in my earlier days here that everyone was so infatuated by what was said on CBS in 2010. I know I was barely over 20 then. 2010 had its good and bad moments on the message board scene. I was not in the best shape mentally in 2010, but at that age who is???

Just curious, weren't you of the crowd that said winning 70 games was meaningless?
