For me, the first two weeks are like March Madness. By the time you're home for the evening and have some food ready, hockey has already started. And there's a game or two on every night until midnight. It's excellent.

NBA playoffs are better

Some people actually believe that though, ashamed in this country.

I wouldn't even call myself a casual NBA fan but there have been some recent series that I considered must-see sports TV. That Bulls/Celtics series a few years back is one off the top of my head.

If it was just the Western Conference involved I'd agree. The dumpster fire that is the East ruins it.

Western Conference + Miami/Indy ECF is it. Nothing else in the East really matters.

IMHO I think Miami vs Indy will be a snooze fest of a series. The crowds will be intense but I'm not sure how entertaining the actual games will be.

So, I guess that means the people who've been hinting at a possible Bulls upset of the Pacers aren't worth mentioning? I wouldn't know one way or the other, but I've seen that talk pick up steam lately.

Don't watch the NBA at all.

Agreed. I like the Bulls chances vs. Indy more than their chances against Miami. But realistically, they really don't have a shot.
