My favorite teams
Not to be confused with Indian food. Any good food places in Indiana? Is there really more than Corn and Indiana Beach? Lettuce discuss.
The commercials are there every summer, same jingle.
Good gas prices and cheap gas.
Also good if you desire conservative politics.
bad if you want streets plowed.
Usually go hand in hand.
Illinois doesn't have true conservative politics. Even most Republican counties are mostly moderate Republicans. Those conservatives in Indiana cut all funding to nearly everything, which is why roads don't get plowed. Plowing roads is a social service. Not in Illinois at least

Indiana is one of those states people drive through to get somewhere else...
I would not even recommend stopping for food.
Sounds like any time I go out for food and drinks. As someone who lives in Crown Point, I agree with this statement. There isn't shit to do but eat and take drugs, and the food isn't exactly ground breaking either, just standard bullshit. Although a bar near my house called Social 219 has some awesome pretzel burgers. That shits amazing, but be prepared to drop at least $20-25 on food and a couple brews.
Actually, there are a few good restaurants in NW IND...which residents who live there consider as part of Chicago.

I own a house 10 minutes west of Indy and lived there 4 years, never had any issues with streets not being clear and there are a lot of pretty amazing restaurants in Indy area. PS, NW Indiana sucks because it's SE Chicago
