yep probably in for game 5. cbc showed in him walkin into the rink before game lastnight. I thought for sure he would be in. I think Hitchcock was was playing up how bad he was to get more games for seabrook. blues are squeezing sticks now thinking here we go again blowin a 2-0 lead in a series like last year vs kings.

I'd expect backes in for this game. However we haven't heard of him skating once yet to see how he feels but who knows..

Not gonna lie, I would not be surprised if Backes was out again.... I think the Blues were playing some gamesmanship yesterday.
If he was injured on that hit.... it was a concussion and if it was a concussion.... its gotta be more than just mild.... Concussions are not something you just tough out anymore.
Anyways, I would like Backes to come back and play... would rather not win this series with him out and have everyone go "Well if you didn't cheap shot Backes out of the series you never woulda won it".... though to that I would say "High on Sheldon Brookbank are ya?"

Nobody knows if backes is in. I haven't seen any reports and the blues aren't going to say he is in 6-7 hours before puck drop.
