In order:
Toronto FC
LA Galaxy
Seattle Sounders FC
New York Red Bulls
Vancouver Whitecaps FC
Impact de Montréal
FC Dallas
San Jose Earthquakes
Philadelphia Union
D.C. United
Portland Timbers
Real Salt Lake
Sporting Kansas City
Columbus Crew
Houston Dynamo
Chicago Fire
Colorado Rapids
New England Revolution
Chivas USA

Should be noted that the top two salary teams are not in playoffs spots right now, and that the bottom five all have owners that may have different priorities from other teams (except Hauptman's Fire). Chivas USA is owned by Major League Soccer. The New England Revolution is under the New England Patriots umbrella. The Colorado Rapids owner owns Arsenal, the St. Louis Rams, the Denver Nuggets, the Colorado Avalanche and the Colorado Mammoth. The Houston Dynamo are still half-owned by the ownership of the LA Galaxy and Los Angeles Kings.
