Meh, hoping for another game but it was only a matter of time. Hockey season ends which means nothing but shitass Chicago baseball for the next 5 weeks.

Henrik was un-fuckin-believeable. He deserves a better team in front of him. He even approached a team mate for turning the puck over too much.. He honestly surprised the hell out of me tonight. Especially the way LA has been getting lucky ass bounces in the playoffs.

Give the Kings credit. They outplayed the Rangers in virtually every game. It should have been us beating the Rangers but shit happens.

Was hoping Henrik would win the Conn Smythe trophy. If anybody ever deserves to win it in a losing effort it is him

Agreed, but the Rangers aren't even a top 7 team with an average goalie

Was the winning goal clean, or did it rebound off the back of Ranger head...then off the goal post and in?.

All kidding aside, the series has proven the Hawks can play slop hockey and still come close.

Tough seeing the Kings hoist the Cup, knowing we were so close to it. Great series, Henrik was an absolute beast. Now its time to get ready for next year, and take the Cup back.

The real key move of the entire NHL offseason was the Kings' acquisition of Gaborik.

Led the postseason in scoring, helped give the Kings a lethal top 2 scoring lines as well as an insanely good power play.

Both trades with the Jackets resulted in Cup wins for LA.

Carter in 2012
Gaborik in 2014
