Just where in the hell have you been?

Throwing my head into a sink full of icy cold water repeatedly with the rest of the diehards.

Seriously, though - busy busy busy. You doing okay? Life treating you well?

Kesler, Spezza & Dumbo Thornton could all be traded.

Looking forward to the draft two weeks from today.

With the Hawks having roughly only 6 million in cap space, I'm not seeing a big name like Kesler coming this way. Toronto will be wheeling and dealing with the season they had and with a certain center they have coming off an injury plagued season...maybe it's the right time to see if they can get Bolland back here by either trade or an agreeable FA contract. Also with Rannta needing to play, bringing back Emery after the mediocre at best season he had might also be an affordable proposition. Ok, I know its like a "putting the band back together" sort of thing but I just don't want to see them dump a young kid like Leddy or a dependable forward like Sharp....Bolland and Emery should be affordable and could fill a couple of holes in case the Hawks deem their kids not ready for prime time.

They'd be going all in for a repeat with that move, because re-signing Gaborik could really screw up their cap situation next summer.
