At this point in time who knows what that means. It could be bullshit. Could be used as trade bait for either Love or Melo. Could mean we struck out on both Melo/Love. At this point, I brush off everything I hear or read until I know it's for certain.

This could be a huge development. To go from what the Bulls had last year to adding two guys that can score from anywhere on the floor isn't bad at all.
A guy like this gives big flexibility. If you put him and Taj on the floor at the same time and Mirotic is being covered by a wing, he can post them up, otherwise a 4 will be chasing him around the perimeter.

If the Bulls don't get Melo they should front load Mirotic's contract so that it decreases each year. That will allow the Bulls more financial flexability going forward. If the Bulls don't get Melo they should avoid spending just to appease the fans and save face.
