I wouldn't give him more than a 2 year contract. With that said, give him all of the money he wants per season. It could mean a championship.
Wade even without his knees may be a better fit on this Bulls' roster than Melo. What the Bulls need most is a secondary play-maker and 2-guard.

If Bosh can get 22+M/yr over 4 years, there is no reason Wade can't demand 15M/yr over only 2 years.
Especially if it means a championship.
Wade can get you 15-20 points per game and 4-5 assists. Not bad.

Rose is not Brandon Roy. He will be back. And he has never even had an offensive player to help keep him injury free as good as half of Dwyane Wade.

That's a big difference from saying giving him anything he wants. Wade is worth $8-10M in this market but he should be plan "D" for now.

It had something to do with injury problems prior to the ACL tear. Rose was banged up the entire season after his MVP year. It had a lot to do with the lack of attention the other 4 Bulls offensive players demanded; all eyes and ultimately bodies were on Rose. But I won't excuse Rose's constant wrecklessness either.
He could have torn his ACL either way. Only God knows. But at least it looked like Rose's explosiveness had returned prior to the secondary MCL injury. So I'm optimistic.
