It hasn't been easy. After meditating it a lot I've chosen to play with the Chicago Bulls. Looking forward to this new chapter of my career

He can score, so he is giving the team something they need.

He averaged 20 points per 36 last year. He has a little left in the tank.

Oh so their stats and position make them the same exact player. Gotcha.

So...Gasol is better is what you're saying?

Also averaged nearly 4 assists and 2 blocks per 36 as well. And his PER was just almost 20. Yep...screams Boozer to me. :elephant:
Yes, he's a "little" better.

The problem is the steady decline that I've witnessed these last few years.

Well yes, that is going to be the issue with Gasol, but he did put up improved numbers last year compared to the two prior years. Not saying he's going to be amazing, but I don't think he'll suck.

Dude, can you please stop with the goofy trolling and add to the conversation?

My initial point is that he's not a significant upgrade from Boozer.

Show me that I'm wrong.

I hope you are also accounting D'Antoni's use of Gasol in that steady decline as well.

What was Boozer's salary supposed to be again this year? Because you are paying Pau 6.5m...

Gasol is much better than Boozer offensively and gives us more size in the Paint. Also having a guy like Taj to rotate with him and PF really makes this a good signing and if they got him only for $6.5 Million a season then this is a REALLY GOOD SIGNING! Now go get Stephenson or Ariza damn it!

I like it. He is a FA so the Bulls still have Boozer to move in some sort of deal. I heard the deal may be 2 years at 3.1 for each year. If that is the case that is a good signing.

Ariza is off the market, unfortunately.
