They really seemed to throw him under the bus during the ECF. Even Paul George stated "I don't know" when asked if he wanted Lance to return.

a rejuvenated/motivated Gordon on a cheap deal would be a good get considering we are weak at 2/3

Ben Gordon isn't on a cheap deal though. I'd pay the guy only the absolute vet minimum, he got a lot more than that.

i know he got overpayed...thats why i said i hate the Magic (for doing it)
the market for wings was inflated this offseason
i thought Gordon would have got about 2-3m at the most...and that would be from lower tier teams and he would actually take a bit less to play of a winner

There's a few problems with Lance. He's wanting more than he should probably get, has problems with his own teammates, and you'll have a meme of him blowing on various objects after every game.

As long as the price isn't outlandish, the risk with Stephenson is worth the reward. The risk is he might be a jerk and not mesh well with his teammates. The reward is a run at a championship.

Agreed. He's worth 9 a year. Guys, if he was on this team, the Bulls might be favorites in the East. They almost are now anyway. We missed out.
