Wada vs Flande. I'll give the game 1 edge to the Cubs. Rutledge at SS.... ya.

Line up:
Bonifacio 3B Interesting
Alcantara 2B
Rizzo 1B
Castro SS
Ruggiano RF
Coghlan LF
Lake CF
Baker C

Bonifacio is platooning Valbuena essentially. Not terribly exciting move in my opinion.

I will start doing real choices again if someone really cares, but I find it hard to make a poll about major league wins in 2014 at this point with a straight face.

Wada looking like he normally does. Looks like him not being able to loosen up last game was pretty legit.

They are going 4 LH in a row with Ryu starting the series with LA.

I read that this will be Lake chance to turn things around for himself as he will play in all 4 of those games

Wada's line: 7 IP 5 hits 1 BB 1 ER 6 SO. 97 pitches 61 for strikes.

Nice bounce back.

On Lake: 0-2 no SO's. Well it is a start at least. No BB so not getting too slap happy.

One of those 5 hits was a fly ball to CF that Lake lost in the light, and another was a ground ball to Boniafacio, who, like Valbuena, couldn't field it without both hands going to the ground, and he then double clutched the throw and the batter tied it.

Can't wait for Bryant to be on 3B. F-the turd fest.

You would be one of the few at this point who think that.

That I am. But Soler is going to be in RF before or when Bryant comes up. So that leaves him 1B, 3B, or LF. Obviously 1st is taken by Rizzo. With Castro, Baez, and Russell in the mix, one of them will end up at 3rd, unless one of them is traded. LF just seems most likely.

Until the Cubs move Bryant to LF in Iowa 3B is the most likely landing spot for Bryant.
