Some pretty interesting tidbits in here. I don't think Shea will get cut after this training camp, but it sounds as if Christian Jones looks better in coverage than McClellin does. Jones' strongest attribute is his drop back and coverage ability. Whether he can break down and make a tackle is another thing all together.

Good to see Hub isn't above nepotism. I hope they are right about the defense being much improved.

Especially the Bostic comments. We need either him or Greene to shine (both would be preferable).

i can totally see the same this year. Shea will be a backup until his contract is over. i cant see him beating out greene, jones or bostic.

i cant believe we actually had him playing DE!!!!!

I just hope they put the best LBs on the field. I am ok with being biased a bit by potential. But yeah.

Also, its so early in Camp. So much can change still.

And he added a goatee (aka prison pussy) and ditched the ****gy earring. Next season I expect him to be roided up and sporting a half arm tattoo sleeve.

Shea still flashed some impressive speed last year that's intriguing, but his coverage skills and instincts against the pass don't seem very good. I hope he can put it together because I'd like to see him in some blitz packages

I don't think Christian Jones will do much against the run once things get going in the games, but man it would be great. I WANT Jones to succeed I want to be wrong because I don't have a ton of faith in any of the other linebackers on this roster. If Jones can become Nick Roach hell even Hunter Hillenmeyer I'd be ecstatic.

He might never make it but he wasnt movin slow or fast just looked like he was hesitant
