Talking about the past three or four...cant recall a team doing that

True.

When I saw 5 in the first 2 innings, I knew it could be a big K number again.

32 times in 2 games is highest I have ever seen, and ever hope to.

3 or 4 ?

They have over 90 in last 8 games

Guess stuff like this happens to bad teams over the course of the year.

Besides the pitcher striking out a couple times a game..
I dont know I guess you figure having a couple kids going through the motion in the line up everyday, their gonna K alot.

Rizzo K'd a lot in that stretch, and Castro, even in a hitting streak, adds one here and there.

Yea, if everyone in lineup Ks at least once which is happening
Then add in the rooks and pitchers striking out two or three times each, you got double digits easy..

Well, I only caught a little bit of the game tonight, but I noticed that Wheeler's curveball/slider looked fuckin awesome, maybe that had something to do with all the K's? :dunno:

Frankly the K issue isn't going away with the prospects. Baez, Bryant, Rizzo, Alcantara and Castro are going to strike out a fair bit. I wouldn't be shocked to see more stretches like this in the next couple of years. Soler might be the best in terms of command of the strike zone as a hitter.
