I missed the beginning of week one because PL was down and I emailed them demanding a refund. A week later (they promise a reply within 24 hours) I got an email saying there were problems with PL week one that "have been resolved" (no response about the refund). Then I go to log on early tonight just in case and of course it's down again. I guess that makes me the sucker for paying them $20 but they sure as hell won't get it next year. Fuck the NFL, seriously.

It stopped again. Only reason I have it this year is that it auto-renewed. Week 1 was unwatchable as well.
