I don't know how all of them see playing time unless someone gets hurt. I really don't want to think about that now.

I wonder if this means Butler won't play 36+ minutes a night........

More scoring and shooting off the bench. Plus another ball handler who can break down the defense. Dare I say we see Thibs give some starters games off this year? :shrug:

Note the number of undersized SGs in your list, but expected to get PG minutes. If anything this depth should reduce Butler's high MPG average. Even if by only 1-2 minutes.

Right?! Maybe now all the whiners of CCS will quiet down. Bulls FO have continued to put together a whole team in an offseason where they could have swung and missed badly. I like the move. GAR/PAX for PRESIDENT!!!!

He's better than Hinrich but that is about all. They still need a good shooting guard. A GOOD SHOOTING GUARD.

Next rumor to guess on?

I think some players don't see enough minutes to want to sign with the Bulls. They see Rose is healthy, they resigned Hinrich, added Brooks, if McDermott shows he can play between him and Dunleavy the 3 is covered so all of Butler's heavy minutes come at the 2. Anybody is going to get a one year deal with the hope that they play and show enough to get another deal the following year somewhere else and they know they can't show anything sitting on the bench.

I'd love to add Jamal. However, the Bulls would have to trade Dunleavey and Snell to make that work. I'm not sure they would do that.
