Adding more Canadian teams does nothing for the brand or popularity of the sport. Cities like Houston, Seattle, Portland, or San Diego make more sense than Quebec or Toronto2. Dare I say, another team in Chicago (j/jk).

I think I'd take my chances with nearly any Canadian city apposed to some of the lame cites the NHL has tried or are about to try. Florida, Phoenix and now Las Vegas....the only ice those people know are in floating in scotch.
