Well if he built any positive QB vibe throughout the league in the time he was with the Bears, he pretty much wiped that out in one night.

This is a good thing, just means that emergency QB option for Trestman is always there on the street with Palmer. I'd risk losing Fales to the PS now to get someone who will actually provide a chance of playing in a game this season.

Why would you risk losing Fales? If he can develop into a solid back up, which they obviously feel he can or they wouldn't have drafted him, then you don't need to sign Clausen next year.
