Yes, his pitch framing has always needed work. Dat arm doe! Its pretty remarkable that he was way below the CS percentage in the first half and now he is a good bit above it. He has been on fire throwing runners out.
Speaking of baserunning, Billy Hamilton has been thrown out 23 times this year. Yea, for him to be a productive major leaguer thats got to come way down for him.
