Brad Richards was not at practice due to the birth of his child.

Sharp-Toews-Hossa
Saad-Shaw-Kane
Bickell-Kruger-Versteeg
Carcillo-Smith-Morin

Sincerely hope that Richards comes back and centers that 3rd line, Kruger gets bumped to the 4th, Smith to LW, and Carcillo to the bench.

Q had said near the end of the preseason that he plans on reuniting that Saad-Shaw-Kane line that was so damn good in the WCF last year, which is why I'm suggesting Richards on the 3rd line and not the 2nd.

I'm hoping Richards takes the spot between Saad and Kane. In fact, I wish Shaw was moved to wing but the Blackhawks are pretty clogged up on the wing, so I understand keeping him at center. Richards is a touch slow and more of a defensive liability than Shaw, so I would like to see Shaw play that 3rd line pest game and Richards play his skilled game on the 2nd line.

The most interesting thing for me is going to be what the defensive pairings are...and who the #5/6 guys are with Rozsival currently injured. Cumiskey and TVR both had a real nice camp from what I saw. Rundblad seems to be searching for his game still.
