There's Prosise "engaged"..his arms are at his side. He's clearly being held.
Fuller ran into Darby bc Darby was standing there like an idiot.
The sum of that play is the officials missed two obvious penalties on FSU and called a questionable call on ND.
I would think a first and goal from the 8 would have helped a lot rather than being 4th and goal from the 18. You didn't view the play very well.

Didn't see the player take off his helmet.
The receiver didn't try to fight off whether he was held or since it was an obvious pick play. When two players are engaged there is going to be holding on both parts. If anything no flag.
Now I would not have called the penalty because FSU gave up on the play because they left open and they also didn't fight off. But I can understand why it was called.
