How many more games are there? I'm kinda getting tired of preseason, I want these wins to count.

Season starts next Wednesday, I imagine this week is the last of them. We played our last home game last night.

I always thought it was strange for them to play each other so close before the real season when they play each other on halloween

The NBA tries to schedule rivalry games in the pre-season, and has for at least 40 years. But at the same time, they try to schedule low-travel games. Which is why we play the T'Wolves every pre-season. But for whatever reason, we didn't play Indiana this year, which is odd. I can't remember that last pre-season where we didn't play the Pacers.

The schedule came out before or after Grangers injury? I don't recall.

After George's injury.

August 1st was his injury, and August 10th was when the schedule was finalized. IIRC

Seems as though I will miss this game as well. Unfortunate, but I might able to catch bits and pieces. I kinda wish both teams would go hard just to see what would happen. Would we get spanked as bad as some think? Would Waiters light up McDermott? Would that even be a good thing for the Cavs? All things we may never get to find out until the playoffs. Is Jimmy for sure out of this game too? That also complicates things in terms of analysis, but how much will Lebron even play? :elephant:

Yeah the regular season needs to get here already..I'm antsy for real basketball

Will be good to watch the shooters tonight. A little more pressure, urgency, and moment involved....crowd and good competition.

Its the best test we are likley to see in any pre-season on a shooters mental games.
